- Eat every 3 hours! You won’t lose weight if you starve yourself. If you don’t eat for a long period of time, the next time you eat, your body will transform all the food into fat so it will have storage in case it gets hungry again.
- Eat a lot of fruits and veggies! They are the best food if you’re trying to lose weight!
- Drink at least 2L of water per day! You will lose weight, get healthier and even your skin and hair will get better. I guarantee! Green tea is also really good for you and it accelerates your metabolism.
- Exercise at least 30 minutes per day! Exercises help you to burn calories and accelerate your metabolism.
- Don’t skip any meals! If you do, your body will store food as fat!
- Eat all the time but in small portions!
- Throw away all your snacks & candy! Don’t let yourself be tempted, it’s better to get rid of all unhealthy food.
- Stay busy! Don’t eat just because you are bored. If it feels like you are hungry, before you take any food, drink 2 glasses of water and see if you were bored/thirsty or you really needed some food.
- Eat only at the table and no TV! Studies prove that people eat a lot more when they are watching TV or doing something else while eating.
- Make a food journal! Download an application like this or simply write down everything you eat in a journal.
- No soda! The gas in sodas will make you swell and it has SO much sugar in it.
- Don’t eat too much at night! At night, your metabolism slows down, so don’t eat as much as you do during the day. Eat light food and smaller portions!
- Substitute food! Instead of a white bread, eat grain bread. Instead of a chocolate bar, eat a granola bar, etc!
